Acceptable stay downtown
friendly staff smooth check-in small room minimal water
The staff was friendly. The location is very convenient to many attractions (this made getting around quite easy). I was welcomed as a diamond member (which i appreciate) and check-in was smooth. Fran arranged a surprise cheesecake for my daughter (as it was her first visit, it was a lovely gesture).
My room was small (maybe all rooms are like this). There was no space for luggage. The hot water in the shower only worked with a small faucet opening (so the water flow was minimal).

The location is AMAZING. The front desk staff was great! The rooftop bar provided very nice views! Breakfast had good options! The cookies upon arrival were also a nice treat. Allergy-friendly options were even available!
The room was small. It was hard to open my suitcase. The doors shut loudly- really loud. The bathroom was clean, but the room was somewhat dusty!

The location allowed quick trips to many places I wanted to see. The room had a comfortable bed that was certainly welcome after long days.
The room felt smaller than anticipated perhaps because of the layout. There was noticeable noise outside even late into the evening I could hear sirens.

solid stay near times square
central location short walk rooftop view easy reach
location was a definite plus. penn station was only a short walk from the hotel. i saw times square was also easily reachable. the rooftop had excellent views .
the gym felt slightly small.
